The user interface

Find out how the InnoGPT user interface is structured so that you can quickly find your way around and work efficiently.

  1. Main Navigation

    • New Chat: Start a new conversation.

    • Prompts: Manage and use your saved prompt templates.

    • Library: Access your generated images.

    • Meetings: Use the features for meeting summaries and minutes.

    • Assistants: Manage, create, and share specific AI assistants.

    • Store: Discover new assistants that we’ve already created for you.

  2. Chat History and Assistants

    • Organize and search your past chats by time period

    • Pin frequently used assistants directly to the sidebar

  3. User Profile

    • Here you can see your profile and email address. Click on it to access your account settings.

    • Here you can also delete all chats in one place if things get too cluttered

  4. Language and Image Model Selection

    • Left: Select the desired AI model (LLM) for your queries.

    • Right: Select the desired image model.

  5. Chat input area

    • Text field: Enter your messages and prompts here.

    • Attachment icon: Upload files you want to use in the chat.

    • Tools selection: Activate various tools such as Web or Canvas.

    • Connectors: Select which connectors (SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) should be enabled for the current chat.

    • Microphone icon: Use voice input for your messages.

    • Wand icon: Refine the entered prompt.

    • Send arrow: Send your message to InnoGPT.

  6. Workspace dropdown (top left, see screenshot below)

    • Settings: Customize your personal and workspace settings.

    • Support: Contact our support team if you have questions or issues.

    • Report a problem: Report technical issues or bugs directly to us.

    • Changelog: Stay informed about the latest updates and improvements.

    • Switch Workspace: Switch between different workspaces if you are a member of multiple ones.
