Prompt library

The prompt library allows you to save, organize and share frequently used prompts with your colleagues to maximize the efficiency of AI usage.

  1. Access the prompt library: Navigate to "Prompts" in the left sidebar.

  2. Create a new prompt: Click the "New Prompt" button in the top-right corner to add a new prompt.

    • Enter a descriptive title for your prompt.

    • Paste the complete prompt text into the field provided.

    • Choose whether the prompt should remain "Private" or be shared with colleagues in the "Workspace".

    • Save the prompt by clicking "Save Prompt."

  3. Edit existing prompts: Click on one of the existing prompt cards to edit the prompt. You can customize the title, content, and visibility.

  4. Search prompts: Use the "Search prompts..." search bar to quickly find specific prompts based on keywords.

  5. Using prompts: Select a saved prompt to insert it directly into your chat interaction and use it.

  6. Access prompts directly in chat: Simply type a forward slash (/) in the chat box. A list of your saved prompts will appear, from which you can select the desired prompt directly.
